Large 3-Bedrooms/2-Bath Apt, One Block to Train

The location is so close to all we wanted, the shopping centers, Flatbush, Subway, a couple homely diners close by. It was lovely to be there.

I think because we checked in earlier, there were some items in the refrigerator that needed throwing out, and a little dusty in some areas but nothing to absolutely worry about. Neighborhood: A few choicey looking areas close by as we took a stroll at night a couple times, and a few unsavory looking characters but not an overall UNSAFE feeling at all.

マンハッタン、JFKにつながっている地下鉄Aライン、Cラインの駅から数分と近く、ロケーションがとても便利でした。 設備は少し古かったですが特に問題はなく、部屋は広くて、キッチンも自炊するのに十分でした。ニューヨークのこの場所でコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。 周りは住宅街で、地下鉄駅の上にはマーケットがあり便利でした。

Logement conforme aux photos et aux commentaires clients. Très bien situé proximité immédiate du métro dans un quartier calme et sécure. Très grand pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain

L'appartement est très vétuste et mal entretenu, les stores sont cassés et pleins de poussières, les portes d'entrées sont en très mauvais état ce qui ne nous a pas rassuré en arrivant. La climatisation fait un bruit horrible et il y'a une odeur de tabac et cannabis car la personne au sous sol fume.

Upon arriving at the house, it was immediately clear it hadn't been cleaned after the last guest. We found the bed sheet had like a greasy spots, the box spring was stained with what looked like dried tomato sauce or something else, and there was like brown spot like chocolate or ice cream on the wall. It was so unsanitary we couldn't stay there. I contacted the owner right away, but he refused to give me my money back, claiming the spots were just old stains. I booked another hotel.

Our host sent me a message a few minutes before check in and then another telling me cleaning was delayed. Unfortunately I did not get the messages because I was flying and I could not use the property when I needed to. I had a wedding to attend and could not use the property in the time allotted between my flight and the wedding. Also it’s in a terrible neighborhood-bars on the window.

Great proximity to subway, and the people we spoke to in the neighbourhood were friendly. Convenience store also close to get essentials. Beds were really comfortable.

First impressions of the neighbourhood were a little on the rough side, but once we got settled and engaged with a few neighbours, our concerns were eased. The floors were dirty, but everything else was clean.

The property is spacious and has absolutely everything you could want. The owner was always available to message and responded immediately, check in and out was easy. The neighbourhood is very ‘real’ and might not suit people who like a middle class environment with no signs of people who might be struggling a bit - but we LOVED it! Our neighbours said hi every morning and people chatted to us in the local supermarket. We like staying in an authentic neighbourhood and accommodation when we travel, we like to meet real people! We’d definitely stay again and can recommend the local Puerto Rican and Venezuelan take-out’s, far tastier than McDonalds!

It suited us just fine, but it’s lived-in so if you’re used to hotel standards it might not be for you.
