"Good value for what it is but would benefit from minor tweaks and improvements."

Location is good, lots of coffee shops and brunch places. Walking distance to Saunders beach.

Bed fairly uncomfortable. Blinds are not blocking the sunlight - difficult to sleep past 7am.

The shampoo

Room not ready on check in. Asked reception and they said it's not their problem I must sort out. What arrogance. They then cleaned room in 25 mins and sheets and fridge was dirty. Light was not working in room. No supervision or contact details for complaining. This is the worst place I have ever stayed
