The hotel setting is gorgeous. The gardens are amazing - so many interesting plants and water features. Pelicans, herons, egrets and other birds waded and fished in the lagoon. We could hear the roar of the ocean in the background. The esthetic was peaceful and natural. Beautiful pool, hanging beds and lounges. The food was very good and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful - very concerned that our needs were met and that we were enjoying ourselves. The rooms with the hot tubs were fabulous. The dome room on the lagoon was amazing. Just an incredible hotel.

This was the most peaceful time had at a hotel in a very long time. So quiet, comfy beds, friendly staff, beautiful grounds.

I wished the hike to the beach was easier but at the same time I loved the adventure! Same with the location: tucked away at the end of the road which made for interesting travels to and from. Not a bad thing but important to know.

Rueben and the staff were wonderful and friendly. All of the different types of plants were amazing.

Wish the reviews would have mentioned the drive to the hotel is on a winding dirt road. You won’t find it without maps on your phone.

The pool and staff are amazing. Location is much closer to town than expected.

It is a real gem away from tourist crowd, and only ten minutes from Todos Santos, a laid- back Mexican artist-oriented town. While it takes 10 minutes to leave the main road and cross sandy off the track drive to reach the hotel, it is worth the effort. The landscape is manicured with nice tropical trees and cacti. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable: some offer a view to the lagoon and the beach, others to a private jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly and helpful –even in times of emergency. The restaurant and bars offered only two meals: breakfast and lunch (until 5:00pm). The tacos are good. The pool is surrounding by nice comfortable lounging chairs and swinging beds with canopies, but the water was somewhat cold (for my taste). The jacuzzi was however delightful. Storing food in the room refrigerator is always an option if one does not want to go in town for dinner. The restaurants in Todos Santos are charming, and some are very good. I traveled once a year in Mexico, and this is one of the nicest places if you look for a quiet space and walk on the desolated beach at the sound of crushing waves.

Exquisite property - understated elegance in a beautiful and somewhat secluded area with beach access. Loved the saltwater pool and our room (suite) was just lovely.

The location, staff, accommodations, and food were all excellent. It appears that the accommodations are only going to improve with additional changes to the complex.
