La Poza Boutique Hotel and Spa - Adults 15 plus

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is incredibly beautiful. We enjoyed the free kayaks to paddle across the laguna to access the beach. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. We stayed in one of the domes and there was nice little gas fire pit outside.

All was wonderful. All the staff were super helpful. Amazing views of the lake. The beach is quite close, a 15-minute walk.

Everything was wonderful. Just a couple of small details: body lotion and tissues would be a nice addition to the toiletries.

A bit off the beaten path

The staff was outstanding especially the manager, Ever and Carlos!!! Having a restaurant, bar on sight was a plus. The chef deserves congratulations on his menu

The kyaks could have been in better shape. Explaination of the heating a cooling system in the room would have been helpful as we couldn't figure it out at night when it got really cold.

Like double sinks

The setting was lovely, the staff warm, and the dome unique and comfortable. In the evenings, we especially loved sitting on the edge of the lagoon with the outdoor fire, chairs, and hammock. We decided to head to a nearby beach that was safe for swimming. The hotel lent us an umbrella and chairs.

The staff were lovely particularly the wait staff at dinner and chef. Food was delicious.

The property was relaxing and stunning. The pool and the view were magnificent. The food/drinks were superb.

The road to get there if you're not use to rough roads are something just to be aware of. I think at some point they'll have to do something about the roads as they are building what looks to be a lot of high end beach houses off of that terrible road so would think they'd want to make it better at some point.
