Absolutely nothing, it was a painful experience.

Getting ripped off. I had to forfeit my reservation because I would not agree to a 1000.00 ransom. When I refused to post such a ridiculous bond, I was told I could not cancel my reservation. This is a complete scam. I wonder if there's even a room.

Very clean, the space was enough for my stay. Clear instructions and updates often. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the unit again.

The only down side was the evening noise from upstairs neighbors. It might be nice to suggest a ‘shoes off’ policy after 8:00 p.m.

It was very clean and well-stocked, bed was great, kitchen had all the basics...and Crate & Barrel dishware. It was easy to get in and out, with a keypad instead of keys, the shower had nice water pressure and plenty of hot water.

It was a pain to find parking, and it was a little noisy at times when other guests were walking around or watching TV.

I absolutely love the location. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Capitol Hill. Aardvark and the entity known as Vince is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend working with this organization.

The bathroom is located right next to the room and it has a lock on it that requires a code and if you can’t figure out why I’m not fond of this just think about having to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night in the dark and you have to remember what the code is and you can’t see cause the lighting in the hallway sucks …and you have to pee really bad…

Property was very clean, had everything you needed and was very cozy! Host was awesome!
