Super clean and convenient

The room is great - clean & modern with plenty space (more than a hotel room). The ability to use the downstairs communal space was an added bonus! Well connected with the rapid bus into Seattle & Ballard is a cute little suburb to walk around too. Felt safe in this area (didn’t in others in Seattle so thought it was important to mention)

Little bit pricey for being that little bit further out the city

A nice stay on the top floor of a three-floor building (plan for stairs, no lift). The smallish room was as advertised with all the amenities listed. Very clean. There was some environmental noise (from both inside and outside neighbors) but not too bad. Street parking was easy to find. The property manager was very communicative.

As it is on the top floor, it does get warm on warm days. There was a provided fan but we opted not to use it because my partner is particularly sensitive to fan noise. We opened the window instead which wasn't quite enough to sleep comfortably.

It was very expensive for a shared space.

we had a wonderful stay no problems at all. easy to find Vince was very help and asking if we needed anything. love the idea of being able to do our laundry.

Parking was not bad but I have to be honest I was a bit scared of park on Street but all worked out great

Great location. Very clean unit. Host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend to others. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Wifi was good. Was able to get in on a few hours of work one day no problems.

Parking can be a bit challenging but we were always able to find a spot.

The place is very clean and pretty.

The small fridge in room make the loud noise. Can hear people walking upper stairs. Only has fan in the room, it is quite loud if you turn it on. It is hot during the summer.
