Nothing was good . Just show off at the lobby and entrance.

Nasty and old toilet and bathroom, the whole night AC didn't work . Mosquitos in room . Staff is useless. Just humble , not solving any issues. Breakfast was horrible. Same dishes every day . Too many staff workers but useless. Reception employees not answering the phone . The manager was with an attitude. Horrible experience. Don't just look at their hotels pictures. The lobby and entrance was bright and clean . The rooms were pathetic. . Just show off for higher triffs. Don't trust their website hotels pictures. No fans in rooms . That was too weird. AC units old . Dirty bedding. Dirty room . Old refrigerators are not working well . Horrible Horrible experience.

I liked the peaceful environment which I was looking for as it was my leisure trip.

- bathroom amenities were broken. - room service even after 2 reminder calls didn't help us. - breakfast food was cold and the staff was ignorant
