- Size of the room - Locality around is good

- Promptness of service - rooms are not serviced regularly . - No additional facilities (e.g Gym etc ) - They host too many parties , it becomes noisy at night .

1. Dirty bedsheets and Laundry 2. Washroom not clean 3. Floor not cleaned 4. Staff using the same cloth to clean the washroom and table. 5. Staff behaviour. 6. Couldn't find a clean room despite checking multiple options.
