The apartment was a perfect location to shops and bars and the beach front. We used the parking which was a massive bonus. The apartment is a good size and had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the balcony were excellent. Great value for money

We were only provided one fob to access the property and pool areas which caused some difficulties. We did ask for a further fob however was advised that the cost to replace the same was expensive if we lost the same.

The property was a good size and everything you needed. The location was really good also.

The check in was a bit anxiety provoking - had an email saying the office would be closed on our arrival and had to wait several days after to receive instructions. Once we knew what we were doing it was pretty smooth. Has to collect keys 10 mins from property.

Beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment exactly as pictured! Views of the sea, the strip and most importantly the solana pool! Great value for money and we had a lovely few days it was just a shame we took the English weather with us 🤦‍♀️

Just an FYI in case you have mobility issues you have to pick the keys up about a 10 minutes walk away and check in is 4.30pm or 6pm in high season! I had asked for early check in weeks before arriving but had no response. However on the day after going in and signing the paperwork they then called me around 2pm to say it was ready. Aircon (attempted to use as heating as we had cold and wet weather) had a foul smell which I reported via the message feature on booking.com but received no response. I then reported it directly to staff where you get the keys from the day before we checked out so hopefully it's all been sorted. I had to ask for copies of the agreement they make you sign so I was aware what was expected of us as this wasn't offered or available through their online portal but there was no information about where the bins were or how to access the pools - luckily the weather didn't warrant any swimming though.

Beds and settees were really comfortable. Location was great. Lovely outdoor pool and sunbathing area but you pay 3 euros per day for a sunbed which is reasonable. No waiting for lifts and lifts and entrance kept very clean.

No instructions on how to work the cooker.
