*. The seaview. We can see the second bridge, the Penang bridge, the fishermen's jerty, the sea and sunrise *. The facilities provided. There are 5 queen size beds. * Cleanliness * The ease of check in and out * The friendly and helpful security guards

* Checkout time at 11:00 am is too early. * No instruction provided on how to use the microwave and cooker. We are familiar on the usage of microwave oven n induction cooker, but not with those provided there. So we were not able to heat that we bought for sahur. If it is an induction cooker, please provide stainless steel pots and pans. We tried using the microwave, again the same problem. No proper plates or bowls for microwave provided. * Cockroaches on the kitchen counter after lights off. We discovered this when my son decided to have a drink at midnight. *. We have to pay for the parking. Inside the premise. *. Many stray dogs although they did not bother us
