"Perfect for a conference with colleagues."

Road outside was very potholed and not great for the car.

"Brilliant stay!!"

It was very clean & warm on our arrival & had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay in our ground floor apartment. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we asked, with clear instructions on to access the building, thank you. Also, parking was included in the stay in a secure gated area behind the building. It was situated between the Etihad Stadium & City Centre, short taxi ride from both.

Nothing it was great.
