Lovely 4 bed (sleeps 8) apartment close to city

The accommodation was a ground floor flat in a newish small block. The actual road itself was pot holed and uneven but the property was well placed for access into the city. No where to hang coats, which as the weather was good not a problem. However in wet weather this would mean nowhere to hang wet outdoor wear.

the flat need a lick of paint, obvious damp patches on the ceilings.

Very convenient location for our daughter's graduation ceremony. Quiet and handy to be able to leave our car parked outside after we'd checked out. Plenty of space in the apartment.

There were issues with a couple of the appliances that we reported to the owners. They were vey quick to respond and I am sue they will address them

Property was clean, well equipped and spacious. Secure parking space was a bonus and selection of treats left in property for arrival were and really nice touch. Contact with host was excellent

Property was actually really hot. Even after turning radiators off in bathrooms the property still remainder really hot for the two nights we were there.

Property was clean the beds were comfy and the central heating worked well. There were treats left for us on arrival which was nice

Couldn’t fault the property at all

Great value for money for a weekend out in Manchester.
