部屋は綺麗でした。

いろいろ試したがお湯が出ない。お湯の出し方の説明書を置くべきと思います。急ぎの連絡に対応して貰えなかった。

綺麗で居心地が良かった。 ゆっくりできた。 自炊もしっかりできた。

広くて清潔でゆったり快適に過ごせました。 お皿や調理道具もあるので簡単な料理はできます。 近所の鶏さん以外はとても静かで人目も気にしなくていい。 晴れてると星がきれい！庭からモッチョムが見えるのも嬉しい。

全室から海が見えるとの事で楽しみにしていたのに 木がしげっていて全然見えませんでした。とても残念でした。

スタッフの方がとても親切だった

大きな蜘蛛が3匹夜出た。 それだけならよかったが、 朝出発前に和室から、かなり大きなムカデが2匹出た。 朝だったからよかったものの、 夜だったら、怖くて寝れなかったと思う

とても清潔で良い宿です(*^-^) 木が育ち山は見えませんが 道路から絶景です(^○^)

枕カバーやタオルが臭いがあり臭かったです, 新しくしたら良いかなと思います, 乾燥機の水が満タンで 捨て方がわからなくて 使えなくて お掃除できなくて恐縮です, 雨どいも早めのお掃除がオススメです, ありがとうございました。

The house is in a beautiful location and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great choice for our group of five, traveling with a two-year-old. We stayed five nights and enjoyed several day trips and hikes around the island. Renting a car allowed us to make the most of our time in Yakushima, as there are many stunning places to explore. Yuri was very responsive and patiently answered all of our questions. The well-equipped kitchen was a big plus for us, and we also enjoyed dining at a few nearby restaurants. Having a washing machine was very convenient, as it allowed us to do laundry before continuing our trip in Japan.

One month after our booking was confirmed — and three weeks before our stay — we were informed that the “wrong” rate had been published and that we would need to pay the “correct” rate, which was double the original confirmed price. In my 14 years in hospitality, I have never encountered a situation like this. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this placed us in a very difficult position so close to our travel dates. Booking.com support sided with the accommodation provider, which was disappointing. Ultimately, we chose to keep the reservation and pay the difference, as comparable alternatives in a similarly convenient location were no longer available at that stage. As for the property itself, it would have been perfect for a shorter stay. However, after several nights, we noticed a few shortcomings. The master bedroom has a double bed (smaller than a queen), which was not ideal for two adults. We also tripped the breaker multiple times while cooking — it’s not possible to use the toaster, kettle, microwave, and stove simultaneously. While manageable, we would have expected a more robust electrical setup. One light bulb above the kitchen sink was burnt out, making kitchen lighting less than ideal. There was minimal patio furniture (only three stools), although due to rainy weather, we likely wouldn’t have used the outdoor space much.

Allotjament ideal a Yakushima. Zona sud, amb temps més agradable. Es necessita cotxe. Casa molt còmode, nosaltres érem dues persones, però quatre persones ben avingudes també hi haurien estat bé. Entorn natural molt tranquil, però a prop de la carretera principal. Espai ample i molt agradable, decorat amb molt bon gust. El bany és ampli i la banyera còmoda, ideal per relaxar-se després d'un dia d'excursió. Ideal per relaxar-se i desconnectar, o concentrar-se en algun projecte personal, hi ha un escriptori preciós a l'habitació. Ens hi hauríem quedat més dies.

El camí d'entrada a la casa és molt empinat, s'ha d'anar a poc a poc i amb compte si el cotxe és baix.
