Not good communication when we raised issues on check in still waiting on hearing from customer services

Not enough towels for people for the week, the fridge freezer was switched off on our arrival and therefore our food was spoiled , WiFi very poor and had to use various logins to get tv to work

There wasn’t enough beds The sinks, toilets and bedding were clean but the rest of the house needs fixing and a deep clean The back of the sofa was broken we had to swap the sofas around so it was up against the wall so nobody got injured when the back fell off There wasn’t enough bedding, we messaged and were told it would be sorted, we messaged again, nobody ever turned up There stains all over the sofas and floors, marks all over the walls, the veneer was coming off the kitchen cupboard and the drawer fronts were about to fall off We were told someone would meet us with keys, after many phone calls and an hour of waiting they gave us a code to a key box we didn’t know was there. We called one person from the contact list who said they should have been removed ages ago, all the information was out of date on the paperwork The garden was incredibly overgrown and certainly not like the pictures on the listing The bedroom window wouldn’t shut, we had to post the window in to get it to close No tea, coffee, sugar supplied as was advertised, not really fussed about that one though as we brought our own anyway The barbecue is supplied however in the paperwork states not to use it and to buy a disposable barbecue to put on top, kind of pointless having one there really Unfortunately couldn’t add any more pictures

We didn't have breakfast there but the location is not bad

Was a quiet street and not far from local shops.

No outside light at front of property i fell over step 🤦‍♀️ Probably caught on across the street neighbours cameras lmao🤣.

Great access to the coast, house was generally good, for what we paid. Nice size garden for the dog to play in.

Sofas were quite uncomfortable as sofas, hopefully better as a bed.
