Snug 1 Bed Apartment in Derbyshire with Free Parking

Everything. Location was lovely and peaceful with plenty of local amenities. Property was clean, tidy, well presented. Bed was nice and comfy, shower was lush, the washing machine was a God send. Can't fault the property or location at all and the agent was outstanding, friendly and very helpful. We needed to extend our stay, however this property wasn't available, so the agent went above and beyond to find us a similar property nearby. 10/10

Lack of communication when entry codes was not given , it took me an hour to get entry codes after I arrived. I was not impressed 🤪

I have booked for one night was like 54£ till that moment all good 3 clock I was in the front of the apartment,then the property send me link where I have to do the check-in al good till that moment but after all that they ask for deposit of 100£ and I am gone receive the money in 7 days after the property they gone check the apartment I have try to contact them to tell them I don’t like this idea to pay 100£ to sleep just 1 night Nobody gone destroy the apartment or something like that…. They was really rude people I have tell the if I can have full refund back they said no…I have contact booking they tell me gone contact the property to see if they can do something After all that I receive back 4£ like refund
