FRThe property was quiet and well presented, but lacked in the extra things.
The heating was poor, and the property was cold. The hall radiator didn’t work at all. Oven outer door smashed but the owner felt it was safe to use, we did not and had to eat our main meal out. If we had been there longer we would have complained about the temperature.

Listing describes washing machine and dishwasher, neither at the property.... There is a smell in the small room but not a concern for me as not using both rooms, Enjoyed my stay and have re booked despite the above.
NZThe decor and layout was lovely, heating was easy to manage beds comfy. Kitchen equipment ample.
We were surprised/dissappointed to find a note advising that we had to mop and vacuum and remove the linen off the beds as well as the usual cleaning on departure; upon using the vaccum we found it was dirty and smelled very strongly of dog hair.. We found old food in the fridge and other people’s toothpaste, shampoo etc stored on the floor in the bathroom. The property is next to the cow shed and the odour was very strong. If these things were listed on the listing, ie having to do a full clean and the strong odour from the cow shed we would not have booked it. I feel if they are leaving the guests to clean the property will not be kept to the standard that’s necessary on booking.com
