"We were there for 10 MINUTES and immediately left. We want a REFUND."

Nothing

Just about everything was absolutely dirty. There was pee stains on the beds, blood on the wall, black mold in the bath tub, black mold in the A/C.

"Clean place with few issues"

It was clean, equipped with comfortable beds and decently priced.

The motel charges $5 for a key (not even key card). Why would you charge for room keys? If you do want $5 extra, factor it in your fare. The motel does not have drinking water. You will need to buy water from near by gas station which closes at 9pm. A water dispenser would be great.
