You have to provide a cash or credit card deposit in order to get a room Key I traveled over 2 hours to stay and to attend a concert at Darien lake.. and if you don't have cash you have to provide a Credit Card and oh wait it gets better If you use a credit card they will only return 40.00 hold is 50.00 and then I had 6 people they charge per person and oh wait by car .. I had to give them an additional 100.00 cash for both rooms in order to get our keys and Only received back 97.00 plus 20.00 for an extra person which makes no sense we left and didn't stay and had to travel at 2 am to go home as everything was booked in Batavia. The rooms were disgusting and the owners were not friendly

The staff was very cordial and acomodating.

The location was in a quaint town in a beautiful part of NY.

First when we inquired about no heat in our room we were informed that the whole hotel had no heat. There was an odd order of some spice in the office and even in our room. When we got up in the middle of the night there big bugs crawling all over the bathroom floor! The price of the room was way overpriced as they did not offer breakfast or coffee. Owners were very curt and unconcerned about our stay at their facility.

I liked everything! Kindly hosts waited for me, gave me the exact room i asked for and left me be. I slept like a baby, in a very big bed. The room had a microwave and a fridge. Plenty of parking, several fast food and an excellent supermarket is, literally, 200m away. For the money, i couldn't have been happier. I also noticed the hotel offers smoking rooms. I don't need them anymore but as an ex-smoker, i approve.

The light in the room could be brighter.
