The location is close to Number 84/85 bus stops was good as was off street parking. The apartment was roomy.

Only if I had been sleeping rough or recently released from prison, would I use the word "Luxury" to describe the apartment. The toaster did not work (it seems from reviews that it had not worked for a year! - my complaint produced a response to try a different socket!) The bed had to be the worse that I had (not)slept in .... I have seen better mattresses in skips! The oven looked to be a health and safety nightmare - it operated but had no door! There were numerous health hazards - sharp edges on cracked tiles; loose flooring; loose side to bath; worn carpet etc. etc

The space

How cold it was - freezing the heating was terrible The fall tiles were broken and the oven door was missing! Wasn’t able to cook - which wasn’t ideal

The property was in a great location, close to city centre, grocery stores and other shopping outlets (no further than a 10 minute drive). The free off road private parking was a big plus. The property had all the basics needed.

The property it’s self was a little rough around the edges. The bathroom sink had a leaky tap, the design of the bath tub and shower caused frequent flooding, a tile was broken in the bathroom which could cause an accident if not fixed, similar issue with the floor board at the entrance to the bedroom which did cause a tripping hazard. The bedroom door also did not close due to a wire being fitted in an awkward place which prevented it from closing. We was also left with only one extremely thin pillow each on the bed and the mattress was made from two rather uncomfortable single mattress’s, me and partner found the sofa bed more comfortable and resorted to sleeping on this. The biggest issue I faced here was the heating. The heaters frequently timed out and did not heat the entire place which unfortunately left us to buy a mini heater to keep us warm. For a one night stay these issues could be over looked but definitely not suitable for longer stays. Would absolutely state this property is not at all suitable for younger kids due to the hazards/faults particularly in the flooring.

Good location and easy access with parking.

Bed was very uncomfortable with metal springs digging into my back. I notified the owner but got no response.
