It was easy to find easy to get into and the parking was good

- Good off road parking - Good quality TV for streaming services - Free Wifi that works - Affordable - Heated towel rail

- Living area has bad smell of cigarette smoke and food, spent £10 on air fresheners just to try cover it (was burning our noses before) - Kitchen cupboard doors misaligned - Multiple broken/loose tiles and floor boards - Dirty handprints on living room and bedroom door - Paint chipping in multiple places - Bed mattress uncomfortable - Bathroom shower poor pressure and height/position not adjustable/broken - Able to clearly hear people walking and talking upstairs - Sofa uncomfortable - Whole place needs a spruce up and clean - Definitely not ‘Luxury’ - Bedroom radiator adjustment doesn’t work - Dining table is garden furniture - No lock on bathroom door

The flat was comfortable, however I wouldn't call it luxury. It was warm and cozy. Being on the main road was good. The bed was clean . The price was right.

Some of the laminate flooring was loose, tiles were cracked in places. There was an iron but no ironing board. There are a few things missing in the kitchen. The bed was two singles pushed together.

The property is neat and nicely furnished. It is close to the University. The staff is very helpful and professional

Please replenish mugs in the kitchen. We only had 1 mug
