Location was great. With free parking too.

Once the initial issues were sorted out - see below - we enjoyed staying here and found it to be comfortable, and conveniently located for cricket at Grace Road. The bed, in particular, was very comfortable. The living area is a very good size, with plenty of light. The kitchen was adequately supplied, and there was ample storage. The shower in the bathroom was efficient and straightforward to use, and a shower safety mat was obtained at our request. The property owners were attentive and helpful after the bad start we experienced. It was good to be able to park in an allocated space within the grounds of the property.

We were not at all impressed on arrival that in our "luxury apartment" the bedroom had just a bed and a rickety small table - no bedside units or lights, and no hanging space. However, after contacting the owners to complain, all issues were sorted to our complete satisfaction, including some simple electrical work to enable a bedside light. There are a few parts of the property that could be finished better, and a few parts where a repair or a touch-up of paint would improve it. Be warned that you need to be able to step into and out of a bath in order to use the shower, and at present there are no grab rails. We also had to move the sofa to be against the wall, as my husband nearly tipped it backwards when leaning on the back to try to get up from it - we used the robust chairs for the rest of our visit!

The location was great and parking was great, plenty of space. Really clean and tidy. Pretty basic, but enough for two night stay.

Felt like the property wasn't luxury - needed some furnishings to brighten it up eg pillows on sofas - a little rough around the edges, eg the floorboards moved a lot and the bath edging needed to be done.

After so many request made to booking.com and also the Appartment owner nobody have send VAT Invoice they blame each other. While booking i clearly requested vat invoice and its their duty to provide us but they have ignored so any business customers do not use them they wont provide you any VAT Invoice. Bad Customer Services and very Unprofessional

It was exactly as what you see in the pictures, clean and spacious and close to the shops and park

The sofa is not the comfiest and the rooms are very basic. It could do with some colour, art work or a plant etc to give it a homely feel
