Superb location - high street on your doorstep and ten minutes walk to beach Parking for somewhere so central Hot tub Lovely kitchen, with all the equipment you could ever need. Including dishwasher and coffee machine. Plus stunning high ceilings/beams in that space Family bathroom + en-suite Very clean - we saw cleaners on arrival and they were friendly and helpful too Clear arrival instructions, key code and guest book filled with lots of helpful top tips.

Having to walk outside to enter garden/hot tub space (appreciated the robes supplied) Hard to open windows to enjoy fresh air Top bedroom gets very hot and stuffy. There is an aircon unit kindly supplied but that’s too loud to have on when sleeping. Whilst super clean, main room/sofa smelt of dog As mentioned on another previous post, issues with tv screen colour and remote If driving, take care when you leave the alley to join high street. Could really do with a mirror for visibility. If you’re a light sleeper, please note you’re close to the railway line.

The facilities were perfect and any messages sent were replied to within minutes. They were very accommodating. We had a great time

The smallest thing would be the separate garden, but I understand this because it is an add on to the property

owners brought a fan to use in lounge as so hot weather owners bought dishwsher tablets and washing powder as there was done left from prevous stay- beds comfortable great location for exploring

Very noisy workshop next door which started at 7am Bedroom on first floor has air conditioning unit which is very noisy if used at night could not open window in downstairs bedroom and it was very hot whilst owners very responsive and brought a fan they decided to go into top bedroom and tape air conditioning pipe in place without saying they would be doing so. Only one bedroom was en suite

Great location, parking included, very clean and tidy, lovely property.

Extremely well presented. It was decorated with style and everything there was for the guests comfort. The best nights sleep I’ve had in ages.

Check out time is too early. 11am would be better and in line with most places we’ve stayed.

The instructions to get to the property were very detailed. The property was comfortable and well appointed.

The railway line was a little noisy.

Location was excellent! It’s on the quieter end of the high street and so such an easy walk to the station. Waking up to the birds tweeting was lovely and the hot tub was a great addition.
