"The sink and bathtub were not draining."

building was so cold. The radiator valve was automatic and locked we didn’t have the code so it wouldn’t heat beyond .

What an amazing place to stay. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. It has everything you need. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. So much space, we didn’t even use the upstairs room

"Very enjoyable stay close to the centre of Whitstable"

Great location, easy to reach the beach, shops, eateries etc. Hot tub an added bonus! Appeared to have everything you’d need if cooking at home, nice coffee machine. We only used the downstairs bedroom and en-suite and the bed was extremely comfortable. Property very clean. The Old School House is close to the railway line but noise was minimal and didn’t cause us any issues at all. Also to have off street parking is a real bonus in Whitstable.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the Old Schoolhouse. I'm loathe to give it a good review because we love it so much ! Allocated car parking, easy access to the property and the hot-tub. Fabulous interior and kitchen. Downstairs double bed with its own on-suite shower, toilet and sink. There's also a separate main family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Upstairs has another double bed and two single beds if required. The location is fabulous, with the beach, town, pubs, shops, harbour, gardens, etc, all within walking distance. It's one of our treats to park up here and never have to drive anywhere for a week. Did I mention the hot-tub ? If you aren't in there 2 or 3 times a day you are not holidaying properly !!

Being really picky . . . the plug in the bath didn't pop up and down properly so I had to manually lift it to drain the bath. Be aware that the train track is close by, which I don't find annoying but some might.
