"A bad experience as the hotel was different from the photographs shown to me."

I did not like the Room itself. I had to relocate to another hotel after cancelling the reservation and having pait 25%.

The Stay was very remote. The Rooms were very shanty and very different from the Photographs shown in the website.Not at all fit for a family stay. I had to change to another hotel after cancelling my booking. I expect the refund of my 25% which I paid. Further i tried to contact FAB hotel along with the hotel manager of Fab Express Grand Castle Hill resorts but unfortunately no reply. I have the proof that I stayed in another hotel at OOTY. Kindly refund my amount.

The worst hotel every i have seen...it's mentioned Deluxe Room but you can even imagine that your rest will be big. Not worth for money. Really a bad experience Mentioned includes breakfast (don't even expect) they just throw 2 to 3 idli and wada with yummy yummy chutney color that's without tast.
