First and foremost thing, the Hotel is not worth for families. It is not even a budget hotel, leave alone 3 Star. There was no complimentary breakfast at all. The Hotel was serving tea in broken cups. The Breakfast was brought from outside with packets and served to the guests in old plastic plates. The Bed was not even a queen size, forget King size. The linen was not at all washed, and it was torn too and it was smelling bad. The Curtains were in poor state. It was a pathetic stay and our family has decided not to go to Ooty at all because of the stay. Fab Express and Booking.com has cheated me, as if they had done anything to check whether the Hotel meets the requirements as stated for the customers. Further, if this kind of Hotels are recommended by Fabexpress and Booking.com, then they will be losing there business, as it will be very big bad dent on there brand building. Overall, the Customers have been cheated. I paid 14,000/- for 2 night stay for 2 rooms, which was not at all live-able for the family. The room was not even 100 feet and in the bathroom the taps where not functioning. The gyser had a problem. It was not properly ventilated. I would like to raise a query for return of my money as it did not meet my requirements which were shown on the site. Kindly take this as a complaint and do the needful.

Reception was pathetic. Rooms were very very small, in bathroom u can't stand comfortably. No bathroom facilities like paste and shampoo. No drinking water glasses provided. No plates and spoons available if u order food from outside. Morning breakfast u need to ask for the spoon and water glasses and wait for 15 mins to arrive. They bring breakfast from some nearby tiffin centre and provide. Totally pathetic service.
