It was all very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was helpful to have the welcome items such as tea and coffee etc as well as the other little extras for cleaning. We also appreciated having two toilets and the shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The outside seating area was great.

The decor, particularly in the lounge, was rather tired, the seating in the lounge was too low and uncomfortable. The cutlery needs updating as what was there was mostly suited to children and some attention should be given to the outside steps which have very bobbly hand rails.

Location was very good.

It was a lovely location and nice touch with tea and coffee/milk applied, however there was a lot of things that need some TLC.

The two single beds were very small and were very uncomfortable for my teenage sons. One of my sons ended up having to sleep on the sofa bed as a result.
