A bit dark inside

Really well appointed ground floor flat with parking and walking distance to town. The Xmas tree in lounge was a nice touch.

The radiator in main room wasn’t working so we had to rely on the electric fire to warm that room. Also despite signs and instructions for renters ‘ not to turn the water heater timer off’ someone had done just that so we had no hot water for the first day. The only other thing to notify landlord about is that one of the laminate floorboards in living room has risen making a small trip hazard.

location was perfect, a short walk into town and there was a lovely route for a run along the river and canal on the doorstep

sadly I only stayed one night out of the two booked. the upstairs neighbour played loud music on the Friday night until 1am, and followed up by watching tv very loudly until just before 3am ! really not the fault if the hosts, but they are aware that this particular tenant will be moving out at the end of the month. Saturday night saw me stay somewhere else at extra personal cost , as I could'nt bare a possible repeat of Friday's attempt to get some sleep,
