Good location within easy walk or Leamington spa. Facilities were excellent and the tea/coffee sachets provided were very generous.

Neighbours upstairs played very loud music until gone midnight on the first night. Fortunately they were quiet on night two. Although bed is described as luxury memory foam, it could really do with replacing the mattress as it was dipped and had completely lost its shape.

Everything was lovely and spacious in a lovely quiet location. Check in and out excellent no problems at all.

It was super clean, well decorated, had everything we needed, great location to get to the city centre with just a few minutes' walk. Nice spacious flat.

On our first night the neighbour was having a rave techno party with really loud music that went on past midnight. Fortunately it was only that one night.

Clean. Good location.

Bed not comfortable. No hot water on arrival. No instructions on how to get hot water system working.

Very clean had everything that I needed short walk from town centre

Mattresses absolutely awful. Did not sleep. There were white marks on the bedsheets, very off putting.Bathroom, the toilet seat moved and didn't fit the toilet pan. Toilet was dirty and dusty. Needed a really good clean, floor had hair on it, and a lump of hair found in bin. The bathroom tiles had scum marks, the sealant was mouldy. Overall, we didn't feel like using the bathroom. Due to these two reasons, we didn't stay for the second night. Also, asking us to put the rubbish out, what does your cleaner get paid to do?
