P146A13 - Eden Island Self Catering Apartment Self Check In

- Eden Island is the best place to spend time/stay in the Seychelles; it's simply beautiful - The owner's employee tries to be helpful - Beautiful views from both sides of the apartment - We highly appreciate the possibility of an early check-in

- Unfortunately, the apartment is quite worn out, especially the furniture and kitchen appliances, as well as the furniture in the rooms - The equipment, furniture, and doors in the apartment are rather dirty, with grime resulting from wear and tear - There are a lot of ants in the kitchen in the apartment - Contact with the owner is very difficult - During our stay, we had a very dangerous situation involving the shattering of the glass shower door while being repaired by the owner's employee (we reported the issue with the shower cabin door not opening properly upon our arrival). The glass, which was everywhere, injured my husband. Of course, we understand that such situations can happen, but there was a lack of an appropriate reaction from the owner - In the pool by the bar, despite the prohibition, many people eat food and drink beverages; there is no one to monitor such behavior, making swimming rather unpleasant

the apartment was advertised as for 4 adults, in fact it turned out to be for 2 adults and 2 children since the second bedroom was smaller and the 2 separate beds in it were very small, the furniture in all the rooms was old, the cleaning company cleaned very poorly, the dishes were old and not complete with chipped edges

We liked the location, the park around the apartment, the nice beaches inside the island. The oark was like a botaniq garden. It was interesting to have the golfcar to use inside the island. Everything was fantastic, big hall, big bedroom with nice shower and basins, large terracce with a nice view to the internal harbour with nice boats. It was very quite.

There was nothing like that.

Large spacious apartment for a large company.

It was the dates of Christmas, we came with friends for three nights before the catamaran. We were greeted by dirty furniture, dirty floor, smelly towels not in all rooms and no internet connection. The Christmas mood was ruined

Absolutely stunning and well appointed unit, located in the heart of Eden Island! The hostess, Beryl, was also super thoughtful, kind, helpful and accommodating of our requirements.

The owner of the apartments Beryl was always in touch. Beautiful view from the terrace of the comfortable apartment. Convenient location. Private area of the complex with its own beaches, sports centre, courts, bars and restaurants. Will definitely be back again!

It's not a problem, but a small recommendation. It would be nice if all the bulbs had a warm, yellow light rather than a cool blue light. No further comments :)
