P146A13 - Eden Island Self Catering Apartment Self Check In

Facilities on Eden Island were good. Nice shopping centre and good cafes/bars. Use of golf buggy was good. Comfortable beds and nice clean facilities in apartment. A bathroom with nice shower within each bedroom. Water dispenser was good. Got maid service on 2nd day which didn't expect. Lovely view from large outdoor terrace which had nice furniture. Location was good, not too far from the shops/cafes and 2 beaches. Would recommend the Boardwalk cafe/bar. Spar was quite expensive so we ate out all of the time. Gave us late checkout to 1.00pm (although had to pay 100 euros)

Customer service and response from property extremely poor. Did not receive any responses to my questions 2 weeks prior and their telephone was out of order so we were not sure the property was going to be there which caused a lot of stress. Even booking.com could not get hold of them. When we arrived we had to wait an hour before anyone turned up to let us in even though we had given our time of arrival. For any new visitors go to the VMA Offices who will then contact the property when you arrive (although the staff there were not particularly welcoming apart from one chap in the buggy). TV/wifi didnt work when we got there so the caretaker spent an hour trying to fix it. One beach had construction works nearby so was noisy and one of the pools was out of order. (but the others were fine)

We really liked the location, the amazing view and all amenities. The easy golf cart ride along the parc and close proximity to the port were brilliant to us.

Nothing really. I would advise to fix the bench of the golf cart and add some more shelfing in ' the kids room' to simply keep the high finish

Beautiful location, stunning beaches on the property. Well equipped with gym, tennis and padel. Private golf buggies are super convenient to travel around the resort.

On check-in we were not informed of the need to register for facial recognition to enable security access. This made getting in and out troublesome. The check-in agent was not at all helpful or friendly.

Great location with all facilities in the Island including beaches, pools, sports, supermarket restaurant etc. Having no cars and the buggy to get around on is great. The apartment itself is fully equipped, clean, quiet, comfortable and with a fantastic marina view
