City Centre Apartment - China Town - Balcony - Parking - Wifi - Netflix - 43A

Central location. Easy check in and check out procedure. Apartment was spacious.

Could have done with a clean, unknown brown splatters on the skirting boards. Bathroom smelled damp. Kitchen cupboards need a little inventory check, there was only 2 glasses and 1 champagne flute etc. If you’re not native to Birmingham and don’t know the area, you won’t know that the apartment is overlooking the Arcadian which is great to be central but on a weekend there’s a bar that plays music so loud until the small hours and it echoes through the apartment.

The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. Its location couldn’t have been better, right in the vibrant heart of Chinatown, with easy access to amazing restaurants and public transport. Everything we needed was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely stay here again!

It did take me about an hour to locate the apartment, as the full address details were only provided after I contacted the service desk. Sharing this information earlier would have made the check-in process much smoother. Additionally, the ironing board was faulty and could use a replacement to improve the overall experience.

In a really convenient location, and looked almost identical to the photos. Comfy bed.

We found the temperature gage in the shower extremely hard to turn so had to have only hot showers as it would not go cold. The living room coffee table is wobbly and we weren’t given a TV remote for the bedroom which was one of the main reasons we booked this appointment over others similar as they did not have this.

Nice apartment located at a very convenient location with access to bars and shops

My experience was very bad — both in terms of customer service and key delivery. I spent five hours trying to find the accommodation with no success. The staff spoke in an inappropriate manner. When I asked to extend my stay for an additional day, they initially approved it via WhatsApp. However, a few hours later, they sent another message saying they could not extend because they had another reservation. There was no air conditioning. The bathroom was old and unsafe. The table and chairs were broken, and I even sent them a video of the condition when I first entered — but they did not care. I do not recommend dealing with them. There are better hotel options nearby that are cleaner and more reasonably priced.
