City Centre Apartment - China Town - Balcony - Parking - Wifi - Netflix - 43A

The property is nice and has a balcony with a view of the Arcadian night clubs downstairs and Edgbaston Street.

The Arcadian clubs downstairs prevent you from sleeping the whole night due to the extreme loud music and constant bass sound which stops after 5 am on Friday and Saturday nights. Smell of cigarettes inside the apartment make it a very uncomfortable stay. Big stains on the towels. No access to an open Netflix despite advertisement. You have to log into your own account. I complained about these but did not receive any response on the first day. Only got a response about the noise nuisance the following afternoon after 2pm and they offered an alternative accommodation in a different area in Birmingham. I had no car to travel there and access needs. I was already out and had plans. I got ill from the experience and complained after but still not had any response more than a week later! Deposit of £150 after booking. Twin beds attached to each other with an uncomfortable line in the centre. Not a double bed. The location is different from pre booking. This property is directly inside the arcadian. Awful experience. 😔

good location, good water pressure in the shower, spacious, free parking

the 'double' bed was actually two uncomfortable singles pushed together, pillowcase was literally falling apart at the seams, oven knob missing, no hand soap on the sinks, the hotel netflix account didnt work

The apartment was great very comfy and warm,great location . walkable to everything. Great large bed with very clean linen and towels. Parking was a great bonus and easy to locate and staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, great parking situation, lovely big balcony. The place was spotlessly clean, bigger than expected and well equipped. Possibly a few more plates and dishes would be useful if you were eating in. We will definitely stay here in future, great 👍 👌 😀

I loved the spacious lounge and clean beautiful balcony. The bedroom was extremely comfortable. The hosts were very nice and made the whole journey very easy. I'd definitely recommend this place

There was some stains visible on furniture such as the side of the bed base and sofa in the living room.
