Rate of water coming out the shower was low

Lovely chatty host who was very attentive and helpful, and the most beautiful dog! Really nice furniture, beautiful views and wildlife. Really relaxing and just what we needed!!

It had a lazy spa - not a hot tub as advertised but it was still nice and it was ready for our arrival which was lovely! There was quite a bit of noise from snetterton race track but that wasn’t the hosts fault, just something to be aware of. Hubby didn’t like that there was only an air fryer and no oven so had to cook our pizzas one at a time - but it didn’t worry me!

The view

Sadly the property was dirty. Very dusty in all rooms, food bits in the kitchen sink, sink in the bathroom was tarnished, hoover full with dirt, curtains by the front door too long so dragged on the floor and were stained. Lots of garden rubbish dumped to the side of the property which is the first thing you see. Needs some real TLC

Host was accommodating and all facilities were as described

No logs or fuel for the fireplace if this had been in the description we could have brought some or requested from the host if none were available . Wifi was very weak and had to hotspot our phone to use netflix Other than that all was good and a lovely stay

The tv was huge and there were some films stored on it which we were able to choose from. The bed was also very comfortable.

We didn’t realise we had to let the host know in advance if we wanted to use the hot tub so we were unable to use it during our night stay. There was also not any Wi-Fi, even though the host did try and rectify this issue.

Fantastic accomodation, the pictures don't do it justice and David is an excellent host. We arrived in darkness but David was there to greet us, show us around and make some suggestions for local places to eat. The village is also lovely and we spoke to several people in the pub who were very welcoming. The hot tub was lovely, made even better when the local fireworks started

Fab quiet location with lovely hot tub for relaxing. The mattress was amazing and so comfy for a great night's sleep. The interiors were of a high standard.

The hoover didn't work great as I would have liked to have hoovered whilst there.
