First of all, I liked the communcation with host and his/her readiness to assist us in anything we needed or asked. Great person! even if we have not met personally. Then I liked the facilities. washing machine and iron were very usefull in Palermo in summer. Having a kitchen is also very comfortable for me. Many properties have air condiotioning but i have to mention again, it is essential in Palermo. Location is good. for me it was just perfect: near to the university and practically at very center of the city. On the walking distance the touristic places, markets, seaside...

stairs :))) but it's southern Italy!

The place is nice with a good location in the city. In the apartment you find everything you need for your stay for couple of days.

Despite the place was quite clean, there were bed bugs. A lot of them. We woke up every morning with dozens of bites. The spray against insects provided in the apartment did not really work. There was also a problem with water while showering but when you open the taps in the other sinks and close them again, the water starts running fine.

Great location and perfect for a couple nights in Palermo.

The apartment was amazing, very clean and spacious, with lots of natural light during the day and veryyyyy well equiped with everything we needed. The location is perfect and close to everything you need to have a great stay: pastry shops, grocery stores, bars, street markets and many more. It is also very quiet so we were able to get a good night sleep every night while still enjoying the city when we were out. Luigi is a great host who was very prompt to answer to any question we had, made the check-in procedure easy, fast and safe. We will definitely be back.

There was everything needed, some small staff was really helpful like salt, pepper, towels. Honestly amazing apartment for this price and location, literally in the historical center, but you have to consider 1hr bus ride to the beach

The stairs to the apartment are really dangerous and slippery, i fell on them and it was pretty bad, so you always need to pay attention when going down.

Great location near the cathedral and the Capo market.

Floor and kitchen bench were not clean.
