"Great location"

The location is the best i could say. It is in walking distance from most of the things we wanted to see and added an enormous value to our trip. We could just take a walk by 23:00 hours and feel the beat of Palermo since it's in walking distance from the main streets. Communication and reception of the owner was Great!

"Great place in the middle of the historical center"

Location, helpful owner, fully staffed kitchen, and even washing machine is available

Difficult to reach apartment - need to climb 40 high stairs

"Passable"

The location and it was good value for the money. The owner was very responsive and helpful when there was a problem. It was noisy at times but gave a taste of living in the historic centre.

There was a smell in the main room that lingered.

Location is great for seeing the city. Relatively quiet area Check-in/out system is very accommodating. Welcome bottles of water in the fridge. Shampoo and towels were provided.

Shower head was almost broken, leaking water. Better curtains or shutters needed to keep out sunlight in the morning.

"Perfect accommodation for exploring the city, especially for young people."

Excellent location. Our host was very kind and willing. The accommodation is perfect for a few days stay in the city.

The apartment is on the second floor, the stairs are narrow (it was not a problem for us).
