"Weekend Break"

Ideal place for a couple or small family to stay. Lovely little cottage, 15 minute walk downhill to Cromer town centre. Great price for a short stay.

Little bit of TLC needed, to bring this little cottage up a level.

"Did the job for a few days away in Norfolk!"

Cute property. Clean when we arrived. Comfy sofas. Clear communication and easy to get into.

Mattress in the single room was very uncomfortable - you can feel the springs poking through. Noisy neighbours but can’t be helped!

Owner quickly responded when needed to deal with a problem. The property is in a quiet residential area on a good bus route to the coast and Norwich. Local ‘corner shop’ nearby . Lovely warm house. Hot shower

A few extras in the kitchen would be useful - ie extra crockery, washing up cloths, tea towel.

"Comfortable and warm."

No breakfast. Location was good for holidays . We were birders and the property was quite far from some of the birding spots.

Small bed was a bit uncomfortable. The double bed was. Very good.

Excellent location and had all amenities to hand. We had an amazing autumn break. It's a lovely quiet and quiant cottage with charming seaside features. The layout is excellent and they have utilised the space well with the furnishings. Superb value for money.
