Great host and good communication - the inside is much better than the outside - quirky and nicely furnished and layed out, outside space is a plus and the bedding was lovely and clean as was the bathroom.

This is not a criticism but there are issues to address which would make this lovely place much better - the damp wall damage behind the curtains is unpleasant, the freezer on the counter really needs to be below the counter, a dishwasher would help because the utensils, cutlery and pots and pans were filthy, the wifi cables and TV cables could be installed better to make it more cosy. Single bed was uncomfortable where more pillows would have helped. Its a lovely special place that need just a little more love.

Close walk to cromer. Very clean with good clear instructions of how to use wifi etc and places to visit/ eat

Noise from neighbouring properties in coutyard we could hear them even with windows closed also not sure if they could hear us as well !

Lovely cottage had most things we needed.

Thought it was nearer to Cromer town. So we could walk there but unfortunately due to the location we had to drive all the time.

Comfy beds, great living space and outdoor area. Well stocked kitchen area. Some games and books which were a nice feature.

Would be useful to have a mirror in one of the bedrooms for getting ready - we had to take one from the bathroom and then hang it back up on departure.

Breakfast not provided

Single bed in second bedroom was hard and uncomfortable.

Quiet area lovely patio out back typical small English cottage

Mattress very soft , needs replacing. Cleaning needs to improved. Neighbours can be loud.

Comfortable and clean everything you needed was in the cottage

Disappointed how far out of Cromer it was
