"Nice comfortable place to stay."

iT WAS A CHARMING LITTLE COTTAGE WITH COMPREHENSIVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. Location was easy to find and easy to park. Easy walking distance from the town. It was nice and warm. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room very comfortable. Satellite TV worked well. Nice selection of books and games provided. Shower worked well. Nice spacious bathroom.

Lack of storage space in the bedrooms. Obviously we didn't move the furniture but it looks as if the two bedrooms could be swapped round, leaving room for a small wardrobe or chest of drawers in each room. For a few days, living out of a suitcase is no real hardship. Stairs are a bit steep but substantial handrails on both sides.

It was lovely and tidy, smelled clean and fresh bed linen/towels already available! We loved how cozy it felt, and would definitely book here again!

A little difficult to direct to from Cromer station, although with very accessible bus routes to take you almost directly to the address
