Good facilities and location

The single bed was very uncomfortable could feel the springs sticking out

Good size bathroom and comfortable beds. Good settees and warm.

Lack of info and needs a little more things in the kitchen.

It was comfortable and in a good location

We aren’t good on stairs! But we managed

Double bed was so comfortable, great sleep. Bathroom lovely size. We only slept and showered there so didn’t use the kitchen which was well equipped. Easy access to the property as messaged key code so no drama there. We didn’t see or speak to any staff so cannot comment on that. Very clean and towels supplied, bed linen was also great. Sofas in the lounge area were lovely and great quality. We enjoyed the downhill walk into town and then uphill on the way back as we love walking, this may be too much for some who find walking distance and hills an issue.

Shower plug hole was blocked up and tray filled up when using it, not ideal but could easily be rectified with a good clean.
