"Una buena base para visitar Barcelona"

La atención de Sergei es genial, rápida y eficaz. Pedimos un par de cosas y las tuvimos enseguida. Facilidad para la entrada y la salida. Aire acondicionado y lavavajillas. Dos baños. Garaje, aunque la plaza es complicada y hay un gran escalón en la entrada. El metro y la playa a unos 10 minutos andando. Colchones cómodos y varias almohadas para elegir.

Es un bajo, y no se indica en el anuncio. No puedes abrir las ventanas por falta de intimidad y además se para mucha gente en la esquina. Tampoco tienes tendedero. Mejoraría un poco la limpieza (el sofá no estaba muy limpio y los armarios tenían polvo). Algunos muebles estaban un poco deteriorados. Por estos motivos creo que el precio es un poco caro en relación a la calidad.

"Tolle Unterkunft mit guter Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

Sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Der Parkplatz ist für größere Autos nicht geeignet.

"Clean, basic apartment but we were let down by inadequate and faulty facilities on our stay"

Well placed for Badalona beach and the tram to Barcelona. Apartment was clean but very basic. The owner/agent was responsive and apologetic for the issues we had with both apartments.

We only stayed here one night as there was no hot water, therefore on the evening of our arrival and the next morning we were unable to shower. We were moved to an adjacent apartment on the second day, which again was spacious and clean but the AC kept tripping the fuse box so could not be used. Even with the AC off, the electrics were tripping every few minutes when trying to cook or get ready to go out. This was very annoying and the apartment was far too hot at night which disturbed our sleep. The owner was aware of these issues and visited the property on more than one occasion but the problems were not resolved during our stay. Kitchen very basic - needs more glasses/cups etc. Building work ongoing opposite apartment causing dust and noise.

We used it as a stop over so used very little of the facilities but everything needed was there Good for a family with a few kids. Two bathrooms.

Didn't stay long enough to really check things around the flat and transport etc
