"Very good for a group of people for a few days for sightseeing in Barcelona."

Two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, extra linen and towels, very good blinds / shutters, neighbourhood looking safe. Very good contact with the host, deposit returned without any problems. Despite the distance good connection to Barcelona.

Most disappointing bit - there is no direct access to the beach. In a straight line it is a few hundred metres, but there is a railway line and no access. Nearest pedestrian access is a good 15 minutes walk away. The property is very nice itself, but in an industrial area full of construction sites. Quiet enough over the weekend, but noisy in the week. Property nice and well equipped, but could do with more cups / glasses, maybe some wine glasses. There was very little toilet paper, and no shower gel / shampoo, just handwash.

Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, close to metro and the beach, about 30 min by metro to Sagrada Familia

Noise during the day from construction works, but it's not burdensome if you are sightseeing Barcelona all day

The apartment is a compromise not to pay much for the accommodation in Barcelona. Very expensive apartments in the development state around but a very strange and poor district. Beach and store 15 minutes on foot or other (better) 8 min by car. A spacious apartment with very basic equipment. Bad insulation from the street, many heavyweight passes. All together, we had a good stay as value for money.

The owners do not speak English well. Required 300 euros of deposit but I did not see the equipment worth so much.
