Mooi appartement, alles tip top in orde. Drie mooie slaapkamers, ruime woonkamer, 2 badkamers. Uitstekende locatie. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door Martin. Een aanrader voor die prijs. Op 50 min van her strand dus toplocatie

"Buen apartamento pero es mejorable la atención del personal."

La ubicación del apartamento, limpieza y amplitud.

La forma de actuar de la persona de contacto ( Martin), en concreto ante dos incidencias. La primera, es que el parking no está en el sótano del apartamento, si no tres calles más arriba. Dejamos el coche a la llegada y al ir a recogerlo para marcharnos el último día,, el mando para entrar no funcionaba, estuvimos llamándolo mi pareja y yo y mandando mensajes y no contestaba. Nosotros en la calle con las maletas y casi una hora después pudimos salir gracias a que buscamos la ayuda de un vecino que nos abrió con su mando. Él ya me escribíó cuando lo habiamos solucionado. Lo segundo es, que para hacer cheking, el apartamento te retiene una fianza de 100 euros y Martín nos dijo que se libera 7 días después de salir y sino aparecía en el extracto bancario que le avisáramos, eso hice 9 días después y no contestó a nada. Tuve que escribir a atención al cliente de Booking a la administración de Casa Turis y 16 días después apareció el ingreso.

Pequeñas reparaciones que se deben de solucionar, Cerradura de la puerta de entrada al portal, el baño con tuberías obstruidas.
