Dirty caravan Caravan too close to other Caravans Not enough lighting at night.

The location and facilities on site were good

The caravan presented as very unloved and was dirty. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom and additional toilet as they smelt of urine. The floors had not been washed and the back of the two toilet areas was filthy. The waste pipe outside was not securely fixed on and leaked. I also had to wash the kitchen floor. Many of the plates/cups in the cupboard were not properly clean and the pans and oven trays thrown in the bottom of the kitchen cupboard which was dirty. The kitchen resources were minimal and not equipped for 8 persons, let alone 5. The curtains in the living area in particular were hanging off and not on curtain hooks. The windows had black mould around them and one of the duvets and pillows has fallen apart inside. The table and chairs outside were dirty and one of the chairs had a broken seat. All in all, not a pleasant place to stay due to the lack of cleanliness. It's a shame, as tired and worn is different to unloved and just plain dirty. This is clearly just a rental to make money with minimum care or effort. If the owners are paying someone to clean the caravan, they need to fire them!

Report of spillage around an hour before checking in, half the party could not stay due to damp carpets and absolute stench! Even after cleaning the place for 2 hrs it hummed

Location good , pool, arcades for kids, cafes, beach not far from caravan site.

Cleaners didn’t clean caravan good we had wet plates in cupboard, all cup had tea stains in them also the teapot, cooker was absolutely filthy half rack was missing so you wouldn’t have been able to use it anyway even if it was clean, no bath mat in shower room, no toilet brush in second toilet , found sanitary paper under bed, no broom to sweep up. Curtain hooks broken so we’re left hanging. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use caravan.

Property was lovely, clean and spacious.
