Great 8 Berth Caravan For Hire At Seawick Holiday Park In Essex Ref 27227Sw

Location was good.

Very disappointed with the accommodation. Eventhough the caravan was spacious, it was not very well maintained. Property was not cleaned very well, plenty of spiders and ants, there was a bad smell when we entered, there was mould in the shower cubicle, even the net curtains had mould. All the upholstery was shabby and dirty, a few of the duvets were stained and no bed linen was provided, eventhough I offered to pay. The balcony space was lovely but covered in cobwebs, chairs were dirty and there was no lighting provided outside too. One of the windows in the lounge (near the table) was stuck and did not open, the blinds in the toilet were tight too and was a struggle to pull up and down. When we arrived, we discovered the fridge was not cleaned properly and had a burnt and gas smell so had to call maintenance, they then told us the fridge was not working and had to be replaced, I was pleased that it was replaced with a new one but the point being that all appliances should have been checked prior to our arrival which clearly states that was not the case as even the big gas burner was not working properly. The only good thing I can say about the property is that the WiFi was good, apart from that, sadly we were not happy. This definitely was not value for the money we paid and I am not one to complain but we were very disappointed. We have been on many caravan holidays as my kids absolutely love it and we were really looking forward to our stay here as the accommodation looked lovely online and was completely the opposite when we actually checked in. It is a real shame as this caravan is perfect to accommodate a family of 6 or 8 and all it needs is a little TLC and upgrade.

Location was great, close walk to sea where you can just relax 😌 . Amazing facilities on the park. Kids were over the moon. Caravan itself was really nice. I'm glad I've picked yours with outside space and a gate, helped a lot especially with the dog. Dog walking area with amazing views! It was a lovely stay

The only bit we didn't like but it wasn't a problem at all. Was the sofa bed that didn't worked at all. So we just slept on every end of the sofa.

We really like the patio after I cleaned it!

The caravan was dirty. It looks like it was cleaned many weeks before we've arrived and left like that. There was a thick amount of dust everywhere and grease in the kitchen. Dirty ashtray left on the patio table. Patio was covered with spider webs, chairs were filthy. There is only one heater in the lounge so the caravan isn't suitable for colder months.

Immaculate condition. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Very spacious! Was lovely having our own seating area outside the caravan. The sun set fell right where we was sitting, so it was wonderful. Such a lovely touch having the children's books and baord games- my daughter was so excited when she found them. Will definitely be booking this again. Felt like our home away from home.

The pull out bed in the living room didnt work. So was unable to use it. There was a dust pan but no brush so i wasnt able to sweep the crumbs up before we left. Felt awful leaving it with crumbs on the carpet.
