Poziția este foarte bună, comunicarea cu gazda a fost bună. Este un apartament cu 2 camere cu mobilier mai vechi. Este foarte aproape de toate restaurantele bune, parcare gasesti( cu plata) dar mai.greu.

Desi avea masina de spalat rufe, am fi dorit sa fie si putin detergent( sau câteva capsule). După cum am spus, totul este mai învechit , dar prețul a fost ok pentru familia noastră.

Super Lage

Für die Zufahrt fehlte die Mitteilung dass man nicht direkt zum Haus hin kann und man Gefahr läuft in die Verkehrsberuhigte Zone (nur für Berechtigte, sonst Strafe) einfährt. Der Vermieter meinte auf Rückfrage es sei ja ausgeschildert.

Central location

The dishwasher seems not very good.

Marco is an excellent host. We had some difficulty with our luggage and he was there to help. He was very kind and patient explaining some things about the apartment and was always responsive to my questions by text. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Lucca. There are multiple bars and restaurants just steps away from the flat. The ramp to the top of the wall is right in front of the flat as well.

The only down side is the flat is on the 4th floor and there is not a lift but you get used to it after the first couple of times going up and down however it is not an accessible apartment for folks with mobility issues.

Location is excellent, but a short stroll to the start of parkrun, and close to all the shops and attractions of the old city.

The four flights of stairs were a bit brutal, and steep. The main bed was far too soft, the “topper” aggravated my lower back.

The apartment was in such a great location for walking around Lucca and going to the walls. There are a number of flights of stairs but it is doable with lighter bags. It definitely didn’t detract from our experience and enjoyment of Lucca and the apartment. Marco was exceptionally responsive if there were any minor issues and came back very quickly to resolve everything. Would come back again!

Appartement idéalement situé dans le cœur historique de Lucca, à proximité des TP. Spacieux et confortable, avec possibilité de cuisiner.

Mooi authentiek appartement in het centrum van Lucca

Geen mogelijkheid om te parkeren voor het appartement om uit of in te laden en geen lift. Niet voor mensen die moeilijk te been zijn.
