Large apartment and wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view from main living room.

The apartment is on the 4th floor but nice wide staircase, very good for fitness training. We needed to purchase all food items as not many condiments for guests use. I would suggest a trip to supermarket before staying here for basic essentials. Also microwave didn’t seem to work and dish washer was not too effective but no plug in sink to hand wash dishes. Just little things overall we were extremely happy with this apartment.

Beautiful traditional property, exceptionally well located and perfectly set up with everything we needed. Host was so responsive, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

What a great find! The host was great, and very friendly, at communicating with all the info for our arrival. The apartment is inside the city walls just 0.8k walk from the station. For any parkrunners - it’s 200m to the start! Great location for seeing the city. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. There is a lovely cafe just outside if you want continental breakfast. You have to show your passport to someone in person and Mini was that person - she was delightful and made us feel very welcome. A huge success and I’d definitely stay here again. PERFECT!

It was perfect! There is however no lift and 4 flights of stairs so that might not suit everyone.

Excellent location. Very clean and had everything we needed. Very clear instructions from the host.

Our host, Marco, although invisible was a very supportive presence only a whatsapp text away. The location cannot be beaten. 5 minutes from the train. In a perfect location inside the beautiful walls and extremely handy for all walking and dining activities. We were visiting the shrine of St Gemma Galgani and it was a healthy stroll out of Porta Elisa to that place.

the flat is lovely, well decorated, clean and very centric, I loved my stay.

The location was amazing! Within 10 minutes from the train station and just inside the city walls. Very easy to find. Cafe downstairs and right around the corner from the music venue. It was perfect! Very nice comfortable apartment!

There is no lift so walking up four flights with luggage takes awhile, but that’s life!
