The experience with the staff made the stay so unpleasant, that I can't really think of anything I liked about this stay. This place might have been nice, but not with the lies and unexpected surprises the property put us in.

We didn't have a reservation and wanted to see the room first. They didn't let us see the room without having a booking reservation. We mentioned it isn't refundable anymore but they mentioned this wasn't an issue. Once we reserved the room the issue started, the room we reserved was right above the construction zone with loud drilling noises. We mentioned we didn't want this room, would they have another room available that was not right above the construction. Now the issue started and we realised the ''staff'' on side was just a security guard and we had to call someone else. This person located in Mexico City mentioned that they have another room but we had to pay extra. We didn't agree with this and wanted to get our money refunded as promised by this so called security guard. The other person on the line, didn't sound happy and said he couldn't start the refund process and I had to do this myself through Booking.com and he could then refund us. I asked for a refund with the fees waived. Unfortunately this property didn't honour my request and I lost the full amount of this stay. We didn't stay here and we paid for the full stay, only because they told us we would get our money back and we didn't. Also booking.com didn't help at all during this process.

It was great, very clean and well equipped and in a great area with lots of fantastic restaurants abs bars near by. But away from thr commercial/touristy part of town

clean, fully equipped and furnished, quiet location even though it’s near a major road, close to downtown tourist area but far enough so it’s not too hectic, responsive host available all the time, parking and security, rooftop was very great, pool is clean, ac strong and no humidity or smells.

Helpful and friendly host, great location, well equipped kitchen, beautiful roof area and clean pool.

Extremely friendly staff who also let us leave our bags while we went to Cozumel for a night. Spacious, clean and brilliant pool
