"Comfortable stay in a lovely cosy house near to town centre."

Location was good. Can walk to town centre in 20-25 minutes. Practical house, had everything you need. Feels like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

Steep stairs inside the property, no hand rail in the bath and a small step in the bathroom. These were minor in relation to the property but something to be mindful of.

"A really good stay"

The quality of the house is very high. All the equipment is in good order, and it was very clean and smart.

Very little. There could have been more essential items left for us like milk, bread, salt, pepper etc but this is one of the best properties we have stayed in recently.

"Chester two night family stay"

Much better than a hotel for our group as we would have had to book three rooms, It was good everyone could stay together very clean and comfortable.

Not a criticism but I could imagine the stairs for someone with mobility issues or the elderly could be problematic as they were quite steep.

"Good property, shame about the the pre conditions"

Plenty of space for a family of 4 Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Good value for money Easy to get taxis into the city centre

Too many posters with instructions around the property and too many messages received before and during the stay. The £350 refundable security deposit for 2 nights is too steep in my opinion and the pre check in information was overkill. I’ve never had to upload ID and a selfie to stay somewhere on booking.com before and wouldn’t stay again. Also, the area was very noisy at the weekend as it is beside a pub

Liked the location as plenty of shops and take aways local. Also really clean and good basic facilities.

Pub was a little noisy late at night, wasn’t a problem for us but could be if people had young children staying.
