Sala Siem Reap & Spa

My wife and I stayed three nights at the Sala Siem Reap hotel and are extremely satisfied with everything: very beautiful rooms, a beautiful pool, delicious food in the restaurant, and last but not least, the immense friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Tuve una estancia excelente en este hotel. Las instalaciones son bonitas y bien cuidadas. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal, amable, atento y dispuesto ayudar. Sin duda volvería.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Fitnesscenter besteht aus vier funkti8nsuntüchtigen Geräten. Auf meine Frage, wie man ein Fitnesscenter anbieten kann, aber keines hat wurde mir ein Fitnesscenter em9fohlen, 5 Minuten mit dem Tuktuk entfernt ist und 5 Dollar pro Tag kostet. Der Safe hat n7cht funktioniert, die Zimmertüre mit Schlüssel hat nur manchmal funktioniert, der Fön hat bicht funktioniert, das Bügeleisen, das man extra anfragen musste, hat nicht funktioniert, der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert,.... Gesamt ist das gesamte Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aufzug gibt es auch keinen. Und das Bett

La amabilidad del personal, que proponen las mejores rutas para ver los templos de Angkor y solucionan el transporte. El desayuno, muy, muy variado y de tipo buffet

The location is well situated with Tuk Tuks outside waiting to transport you. Swimming pool area is lovely with a bar serving cocktails etc. Staff were exceptional

Stayed for a week. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Pool is great and a good place to meet others at the pool bar. Would definitely stay again.

My aircon did keep cutting out now and then but overall it was great.

Breakfast was good, not great. Didn’t have as much variety as similar hotels we stayed at. The staff were amazing - all so friendly and helpful.

Just a few little things need refreshing. Pool towels are old and frayed, a few loose and broken tiles around the place.

Staff were excellent, shout out to Till Till who could not do enough, the place is very clean and well attended and close enough to the town centre.

The cost to eat at the hotel is pretty high, the breakfast was mediocre and even a small bottle of water is $2 each! This is ludicrous given this is a basic staple of visiting in this heat and the few small bottles provided gratis do not go far. Luckily there is a supermarket right next door which is still more expensive than buying in town but cheaper than the Sala hotel for essentials like water - the same bottle size is $0.25c! there are a number of nice restaurants in town so get yourself a tuk tuk for a few dollars and eat better for less!
