Need maintenance , paint falling from patio ceiling onto table. Whole patio floor covered with peeling paint

At first when we got there the geyser was not working even in the morning we had to call the ballito Agency to fix it and they did.

Location was fantastic

Cutlery is below standard. Bathroom taps were leaking. Two back bedrooms were very stuffy

The view and location.

The aircon in the main bedroom did not work properly.

The property is spacious and all the rooms are big. Beautiful setup and decor. Smart TV with all available online Tv networks. Perfect locations accessible to the beach.

Not enough dish washer, one toilet roll for the whole 3 nights. No extra blanket and extra towels.

The flat is extremely well positioned and has easy access to the beach. Loved our stay but flat needs a bit of maintenace.

We were told we could pick up the keys at the office. It wasn't easy to find the office, as we were not familiar with Balito. When we eventually found the office, the keys were at a Shell garage.

The view and the location. Absolutely stunning.

Lack of maintenance of the Apartment. No communication wrt power outages and load shedding. Phoned the emergency after hours a few times and no one answered or phoned back...very unprofessional. Linen had yellow marks on it. The apartment met my expectations in some way, not totally
